Average salary of full-time employees for regional management increased by 45 percent and is 5075 USD. Maria Paruk noted that, despite the significant wage growth, it remains below the average for the industry – 6026 hryvnia. It is the largest in the Kremenets – 6266 hryvnia, and Chortkiv – 5979 USD forestry. The wage Fund has increased by corresponding period of last year on 17 million hryvnias. The number of full-time employees increased by 33 people, mostly due to the failure of state-owned enterprises from the provision of services for the implementation of forestry works with private teams, and is 1040. Realization per employee for the regional management is 55369 hryvnia and increased to the corresponding period last year by 14 percent. The highest productivity in the enterprise "Berezhany LMG" - 81394 UAH and the state enterprise "Chortkiv LH" - 60241 USD. In the consolidated budget of taxes paid in the amount of about UAH 8 million or 30% more than in the first quarter of 2015. Share in the payment of taxes is a tax on the income of citizens, 3 million USD, the fee for special use of forest resources – 1.2 million UAH, VAT – UAH 1.8 million. Unified social Fund transferred 4.2 million, an increase of 2% of the corresponding period of last year. The issue of "different" on the status of implementation of the regional program of forestry development and the state program "Forests of Ukraine" reported Deputy head Igor Gumenyuk. Igor Romanovich said that last year over the validity of the sectoral programmes and with it the number of regional programs. Given the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 65 of 1.03.2014 year, discontinued the preparation of drafts of state targeted programmes. At the same time, there are a number of problems at the local level, which require the adoption of the single programming document at the regional level. This is due to the existence of problems in the field of forestry, considering which it is impossible means of territorial or branch management and needs government support. The state forestry Agency is considering the adoption of regional programs of development of forestry as a way of creating a single policy document the forest industry in the whole country. By the way, the development of the regional program is governed by article 30, 31 of the Forest code of Ukraine, which speaks of the powers of regional state administrations and regional councils in the field of forestry and identification of the main directions of balanced development of forestry region and possibly with the involvement of regional or local budgets for forestry and hunting economy. The Deputy chief reported that earlier at the district level were also adopted programmes of forestry development, but due to the fact that the effect of regional and state programs ended in 2015, these programs have ceased to operate.
