In Ternopil Vladyslav Stemkovsky participated in the II Forum of energy efficient partnership
II Forum energy efficient partnership «energy: investments in energy efficiency public sector and benefits for residential buildings” started on 12 may in Kiev. Participation in the event was attended by the Deputy mayor Vladislav Stemkowski. The Deputy mayor addressed the audience with a report on “a Revolving Fund as a guaranteed source of investments for municipal energy service companies” and shared experience of Ternopil in this area. The key event of the Forum was the signing of memoranda of partnership between the Agency and local authorities on implementation of legislation to improve the energy efficiency of buildings of public institutions. Reference: the Forum is organized by the State Agency on energy efficiency and energy saving of Ukraine with the aim of creating large-scale awareness-R’awareness campaigns in Ukraine thermo about’objects of budgetary and housing spheres.
