The rescue Service is constantly receiving messages from citizens about the presence of munitions of past wars in forests, backyards and the like. So, on may 11 a group of pyrotechnic works of the Interregional center of fast reaction of the State service of Ukraine for emergency situations (town of Romny of Sumy region) in Konotop and Krolevets regions of Kursk region were taken for the disposal of 2 artillery shells and hand grenades during past wars. Earlier, in a suburb of the city of Konotop, local residents found a grenade in the garden 10 metres from residential houses, and in the district – artillery projectile 500 metres from the residential sector, on the street, Uspensko Trinity. In the city of Krolevets male while walking in the woods stumbled upon the artillery projectile. All dangerous finds people immediately informed in Service of rescue " 101». These munitions pyrotechnics of the State service of Ukraine for emergency situations seized, taken outside the limits of settlements in designated places and disposed of by detonation. Also on may 11 in Alexander's district, Donetsk region the group of pyrotechnic works were seized and destroyed 3 artillery shells. In Words’yansk district were seized and defused explosive subjects of times of the second world war: an artillery shell and a mortar mine. On the same day, in the Yasinovatsky area was withdrawn and neutralized explosive items: 5 artillery shells, 23 additional charge for artillery shells. In addition, on may 9, at 10:00 in Service of rescue " 101 " received a message about detection of a large number of explosive objects in the forest, near the village of Malinovka Malyn district, Zhytomyr region. The call came from employees of all-Ukrainian organization, which is engaged in the searches and excavations of the dead soldiers of world war II. During survey of the territory of the forest for settlement, they came across a suspicious metal objects, like explosive and reported it to the lifeguards. On arrival to the place of discovery, experts of gschs identified them as artillery shells of times of past wars, the total number of 70 units of various calibers. On 11 may, the group of pyrotechnic works of the office DSNS Zhytomyr seized all explosive items from the ground and destroyed them in a special place. Also on may 10 the staff of group of pyrotechnic works abnormally-saving group of a special purpose Control SSES of Ukraine in Kirovograd region carried out work on the destruction of obsolete munitions that were discovered in an open area, near the village of Lozuvatka, oleksandriia district, Kirovohrad region. The day before, arriving at the scene, the bomb squad surveyed the territory and withdrew 4 of an artillery shell. Discovered ammunition belonged to the period of the Second world war. On the same day, outdated artillery projectile was taken to the subversive grounds and destroyed. The state service of Ukraine for emergency situations once again appeals to citizens with a request: in case of detection of explosive subjects, in any case not to touch them and immediately call the number "101” or “102”. We emphasize that during the detection of suspicious object is strictly forbidden to move him; to fill with fluids, fill with soil or its cover; exercise him sound, light, heat or mechanical impact, because almost all explosives are sensitive to mechanical, sound impacts and heat.
