Opening the event, Director of the Victoria Lyceum Pekur said that for ten consecutive years, students who have high GPA and show social activity in the life of the native school, get a master document in a solemn atmosphere from the hands of the representative of the Migration service. "Getting a passport of citizen of Ukraine, you gain many rights and responsibilities. This document will go through your whole life journey. You must consciously choose the right path, because You will build your future", - said V. Pekur, speaking to high school students. Mayor Vladislav Atroshenko also congratulated all those present. He wished the students, teachers and parents success and victories to life's path was always lucky and God's grace. The mayor also expressed the hope that this day will be remembered forever, and encouraged to take responsibility for any business to put a lot of effort to ensure that Ukraine has evolved and flourished. Passport of citizen of Ukraine received: Kosarenko Victoria, Denis Shevchenko, Olga Doroshenko, Jaroslav Benedick, Tatiana Fumbled, Igor Zenkovich, Anastasia Lugovskaya, Alexander Makharadze and Oksana Grano. After presenting passports to the Deputy of city Council Regina Husak gave the children the flag of Chernigov, and then the students of the Lyceum to the attention of all those present introduced numbers of Amateur performances.
