Unfortunately, private payers irresponsibly treat the duties on payment of obligatory payments in the Pension Fund, and this leads to a violation of the legitimate rights of the insured persons to a pension. To protect the rights of the insured persons and ensuring budget revenues of Fund for timely and full payments of pensions and allowances, the Pension Fund authorities in the field accept all stipulated by the current legislation measures. Every day is constant and hard work to reduce and eliminate debts on payments in the budget of the Fund. In particular, with the participation of bodies of the Pension Fund and debtors from the beginning of the year held 17 meetings of the extended district state administrations, 5 meetings with the bankruptcy Trustee of bankrupt enterprises, participated in 32 meetings of the regional commissions on questions of repayment of debt, where were heard the leaders of the enterprises-debtors. For the appropriate response to the Prosecutor's office, Ministry of internal Affairs, the State fiscal service and the social partners aimed 637 information on debtors. As a result, 28 the debtors repaid the debt on payment of insurance contributions in full and 26 part. Besides, bodies of the Pension Fund in the region is the limitation of work to recover the debt in court. With the beginning of the year in various courts 41 filed statement of claim in the amount of 0.9 million USD. satisfaction – 9 in the amount of 0.3 million USD. Internally, however, an effective method of work with debtors of the Pension Fund, is the debt collection forcibly via the State Executive service. As of 01.04.2016 on the performance in the organs of State Executive service, is Executive documents on collecting from debtors of outstanding payments totaling 12.7 million USD. received during January-March 2016 – 0.5 million UAH. The pension Fund requests that all debtors with outstanding liabilities to the budget of the Pension Fund, to repay the debt and prevent its occurrence in the future.
