The transition to this system soon will give the opportunity to feel its benefits to all citizens who access the pension service, as it will lead to the simplification of procedures for obtaining services, reducing service time and improving the quality of reception of citizens. After the full implementation of a centralized system in the future, people will be able to apply for a pension, regardless of the place of its registration. Processing of pension documentation will be as automated as possible. Modern technology is gradually edging out the era of the bulky paper pension files, as it will be possible to withdraw from a paper in their formation. In their place will come the electronic pension file. For a pension the applicant will be presented to the originals without photocopies. Passport, employment history, other necessary documents will be subject to scanning directly to a specialist pension service, which carries out their welcome, and will form the basis of the electronic pension file. Already before the introduction of the new system, the reception of applications for appointment organized in our area in such a way that the applicant does not need to personally complete an application form, as it was before, for it in automatic mode it will form a specialist of the front office, the applicant will only have to check the described in the information statement and certify it with his signature. A pension will occur in a centralized system, which is common to all territorial departments of the Fund. Modern web technologies allow you to automatically make the electronic pension file data from the system of personified registration of insurance seniority and wage of the insured person and calculating pensions. The new system has the ability to analyze the pension due to all the options that the person has the right, and choose the most profitable. This greatly minimizes the human factor influence on the process of calculation of pensions. Information about the person contained in the electronic pension, as well as protected, which prevents its leakage. Therefore, with the introduction of system of service of citizens on the basis of the centralized information technology in the future special service centers will be located not only in the offices of the Fund, but also in banks, post offices, on the territories of communities if they wish.
