Over last week (from 09.05 to 15.05) division of the State service of Ukraine on emergency situations carried out site visits for events for the prevention of emergency situations, rapid response to events and elimination of their consequences, the suppression of fires and carrying out other rescue activities. Since the beginning of the week 1 thousand registered 13 emergencies, which are provided to response units SSES with departure to the place of their occurrence. As a result, rescued 49 people. Liquidated 710 fires, on fires rescued 40 people and prevented the destruction by fire of 325 buildings and 83 units of machinery. The fires killed 21 people, the estimated damages, according to operative data, are 4 million 656 thousand UAH. During the week, pyrotechnic units DSNs made 213 trips, in which are found, seized and destroyed 799 explosive subjects of times of past wars. During the week is water about’objects killed 17 people.
