With a salutatory word to participants of conference were welcomed by the Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Cow. "In the new Millennium we're not just talking about the development of society as such. We're talking about forming a completely new class of creative people, about creative economy, where the basic element is the innovative approaches to teaching, the search for new tools that would allow us to form a new generation of citizens, new education, - said Valery Cow. - Ukraine faces some very big challenges. We have a lot of problems, but the country is changing quite rapidly. Perhaps only now-to-many comes the realization that we need to save the country, to develop it, to give hope to our children and to every person who wants to live in a happy, European Ukraine." The Chairman of regional state administration noted that in Vinnytsia, twice recognized as the best city to live, is considered a leader in the field of new information technologies that are actively used for development of the city. Therefore, said: it is very important that this system is beginning to work for society and various sectors of the economy. "The system of teaching in the educational institutions is in a very dynamic development, and to ensure that we could develop new technologies, to attract them into the learning process. After all, change starts with schools, with new approaches in the teaching of several scientific disciplines," - said Valery Cow. Then, in accordance with the decision of the Academic Council of the University conferring the title of Honorary doctor, PhD, presented the diplomas and gowns, doctor of historical Sciences, Professor, member-correspondent of the NAS of Ukraine Viktor Danilenko and academician of NAPs of Ukraine, doctor of physico-mathematical Sciences, Professor Mykola Jester. According to the conference programme, during two days the participants will work in plenary and breakout sessions on thematic areas. Their experiences and best practices scientists will share in the fields of secondary, vocational and higher education. Help. International scientific-practical conference "Modern information technologies and innovational teaching methods in training: methodology, theory, experience, problems" founded in 1992 by the Ministry of education and science (MES) of Ukraine, Institute of pedagogy and psychology of professional education APS of Ukraine and the Vinnytsia state pedagogical University named after Mykhailo Kotsiubynsky. The conference according to the European requirements is cyclic and is held once every two years (on even years). According to the materials of reports of participants trained 45 editions of the collection of scientific papers, which is included in the list of the leading specialized scientific editions of Ukraine, approved by Ministry of education of Ukraine. The organizing Committee of this conference received more than 300 reports, which are grouped in the following areas: 1. Methodological problems of modern pedagogical science in the light of globalization and the entry of Ukraine into the European community. 2. Actual problems of teaching, upbringing, development of secondary school pupils. 3. Psychological and pedagogical problems of teaching of students in vocational educational institutions. 4. Training future professionals in colleges and technical schools. 5. Psychological and pedagogical conditions of the introduction of modern information technologies and innovative methods of teaching and upbringing students.
