In Lutsk Deputy Commission supported a new edition of the Statutes of housing and utilities
the meeting of the constant Commission of city Council on issues of human rights, the rule of law, combat crime and corruption, parliamentary activities, ethics and regulations. MPs Nicholas fedyk, Alexander Volynets, Julia Datsyuk, Igor Polishchuk supported the changes to the decision of the city Council from 26.06.2011 No. 11/104 "About the Position statement about Department of education of Lutsk city Council", which make adjustments in the appointment to posts of workers of methodical Cabinet of Department of education of Lutsk city Council and heads of municipal educational institutions and institutions of education. In particular, it is proposed to appoint and dismiss the heads of public educational institutions and educational institutions by results of the public tender carried out in accordance with the Procedure of appointment of heads of public educational institutions and establishments of education Lutsk in coordination with the mayor and the city Council. Another draft decision was discussed and supported by members of the Commission concerning the activities of educational institutions. He, according to deputies, should improve recognition (accounting) of charity funds. Further, the elected representatives of the community reviewed and recommended for adoption at the session of the city Council draft decisions: On approval of the Statute of the public utilities company No. 2; approval of Charter housing and utilities No. 3, approval of the Charter, housing and utilities ¹ 7. The presentation of the Charter of housing and utilities in the new edition due to the need to conform with the requirements of the law of Ukraine “On peculiarities of implementation of the right of ownership in an apartment building” from may 14 2015, and other normative-legal acts of Ukraine regulating the matters of the company, and where changes were made.
