Thanks to the prosecution of Rivne school will return the property valued at nearly 350 thousand UAH
to protect state and public interests, the procuratorial authorities of the Rovno region initiated the termination in court illegal use of the premises of the secondary school ¹ 5 in the city of Rivne with an area of 114 sq m valued at nearly 350 thousand UAH. In particular, as a result of consideration of the claim of the Prosecutor's office economic court of Zhytomyr region considered reasonable position and ordered one of the local organizations to vacate part of the leased premises of the school, which is in violation of the requirements of article 63 of the Law of Ukraine "On education" was used for other purposes, i.e. not for the educational process or educational purposes only. The decision of the court is also obliged to return the premises to the balance of Department of education of Executive Committee of Rivne city Council. Thus, due to prosecutorial interference with school property will be used further in the interests of the students.
