In the Vinnytsia region for causing a person bodily harm, the police will respond in court
Investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region completed pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the fact of causing injuries to the inhabitant of the Vinnytsia district of Vinnytsia police officers of the police Department of the Main Directorate of the National police in the Vinnitsa region. So, at the beginning of December last year, while in the premises of Vinnytsia city police Department, one of the officers caused bodily injuries to the victim. And the other COP was forcibly held his hand and stabbed on the leg with the aim to bring the guy out of balance. As a result of illegal actions of the police, according to the conclusion it is judicial-medical examination, the victim suffered minor injuries. Now Vinnitsa city court sent the indictment on the grounds of criminal offenses under part 2 of article 365 of the criminal code of Ukraine. The responsibility for committing this criminal offence involves the deprivation of liberty for a term from three till eight years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years.
