According to Mykola Kuleba, such a festival is extremely important because gives the opportunity to implement children and youth with disabilities, their talents and ideas. The main priority is that every child with a disability to feel equal member of our society and had the opportunity to realize their interests and talents. Congratulated the winners of the festival and heads of structural divisions of regional state administration. Participation in the festival was attended by 115 children and young people with functional limitations from 25 districts and cities of regional significance region. Participants presented more than 500 works made in different genres and techniques. The youngest participant of the festival is 7 years old and the oldest is 35. Their diplomas, cups and gifts received 35 XXIV winners of the regional festival of creativity and talents of children and youth with functional disabilities "Believe in yourself".
