Lutsk: the elected representatives of the community supported the changes to the Program of social protection of the population of the city for 2016 - 2020

Deputies Alla Nadtochiy, Anna Movak, Maya Shostak, Tetyana Yanchuk discussed and supported the draft decision On the procedure and completeness of the posting of municipal institutions of education, health, social protection, culture, science, sports and physical education, material assets, works and services received from donors. They also supported and recommended for adoption at the session the question of the adoption of the Integrated programme of support for military employees called on military service on mobilization, members of their families as well as families of killed (dead) servicemen-residents of the city of Lutsk. Deputy Director of the Department of social policy Irina Dekhtyar informed the Commission that from 2014 the city has a Comprehensive programme for the support of the ATO participants and their families-residents of the city of Lutsk, which was approved by resolution of the city Council of 27.08.2014 No. 63/9, in which by means of the city budget implemented activities aimed at support and social protection of the ATO participants and their families, by providing targeted benefits and other social guarantees. On arose the necessity of updating and clarifying the regulations and support measures and social protection of servicemen, enlisted for military service under mobilization, members of their families, and families of the dead soldiers. As reported by the proposals of the Executive bodies of city Council and community groups prepared a draft Integrated programme of support for military personnel called up for military service mobilization, members of their families as well as families of killed (dead) servicemen-residents of the city of Lutsk. Even the elected representatives of the community has made changes in the decision of city Council from 28.10.2015 No. 80/12 "On approval of the Program of social protection of the population of the city in 2016 - 2020 years" One of the activities of the Program of social protection of the population of the city for 2016 - 2020 provides one-off targeted cash assistance to families of victims (died) participants of the antiterrorist operation. In accordance with the regulations of the Commission provide targeted cash assistance to families of victims (died) participants of the antiterrorist operation, the said payment is made to the Day of memory of Lucian, who died during the antiterrorist operation in the East of Ukraine, according to the decision of the Commission to provide targeted cash assistance to families of victims (died) participants of the antiterrorist operation. The decision of the Commission for the provision of targeted cash assistance to families of victims (died) participants of the antiterrorist operation decided to provide specified assistance to the families of the dead participants of the antiterrorist operation in the total amount 198,0 thousand UAH. Members of the standing parliamentary Committee heard and took note of the report on the implementation of the decisions of the city Council regarding the prohibition of sale of alcoholic beverages in the hundred-meter zone near schools the head of Department of development of business and advertising Alexander Kozluk.
