Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office completed pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings and sent the indictment to the court against two suspects in the Commission of misappropriation, embezzlement of property in especially large sizes. Pre-trial investigation established that the head of one of agricultural enterprises of the Vinnitsa area and at the same time the Deputy of one of village councils of the Vinnytsia region, by prior arrangement with the actual owner of the same enterprise, in 2013 signed a number of agreements with the State enterprise "State reserve seed Fund of Ukraine" about storage of elite varieties of seeds in the amount of 1266 tonnes.
