The luck of the identified offenders in the field of trade and restaurant economy
In the night from 19 to 20 may, the working group on control over observance of legislation in the field of trade and restaurant business raided for verification of compliance with the decision of Lutsk city Council from 20.04.2011 ¹9/23 “On the prohibition of the sale of beer, alcoholic, low alcohol beverages, wines, canteens and tobacco products”. The working group consisting of employees of the office of enterprise development and advertising of the municipal police Department of Lutsk city Council and law enforcement officials checked out 10 objects of trade and sphere of services. It was identified and fixed two facts of violation of part 2 of article 156 of the Cao. Respectively composed of two administrative Protocol on sellers store “First Cafe” (vul. Kravchuk, 48) and sellers of shop “Products” (Sagaydachnogo str., 1A), “Candy” (vul.Slovak, 3), which will be referred to the administrative Commission.
