In his welcoming speech the Chairman of the Chernihiv city Vladislav Atroshenko expressed sincere gratitude oberbergamt Memmingen Ivo Holzinger for his personal involvement in the formation and development 25 years of friendship between our cities and all representatives of the German side, who over this long period of partnership had its personal contribution to development of mutual relations between Chernihiv and Memmingen.
