Vinnicchina: the region started funding environmental activities at the expense of means of the regional Fund for environmental protection
As noted by the Department of international cooperation and regional development of the regional state administration, in the second quarter of the current year the Bank started to Finance priority environmental protection measures whose implementation is supposed at the expense of the regional Fund for environmental protection (hereinafter – the Fund), According to the regional state administration order of 13 April 2016 ¹ 229 "About amendments to the regional budget for 2016 provides for the expenses of the regional budget for the implementation of priority measures for the protection of the natural environment in the amount of 19.94 million USD. As of 20 may of the current year total funding for projects in the environmental field is 4.74 mln. among which the following measures : - the preservation of wild animals (bison); - afforestation areas; the treatment of municipal solid waste; - activities associated with the technological situation in the region (wastewater treatment plants and sewage networks); - continued work on projects initiated in previous years.
