the deputies at the session of the city Council decided to support the participation of the municipal enterprise "Lutskvodokanal" in the project "Program of development of municipal infrastructure of Ukraine" by raising funds loan from the European investment Bank on terms specified in the Financial agreement for the project, in the amount of up to 10 848,04 thousand euros to Finance the sub-project "Modernization of system of water supply and sanitation in the city of Lutsk", which envisages the modernization of the technological systems of water treatment, reconstruction of sewage treatment facilities in the city of Lutsk and replacement of worn-out technological transport and technology in new, modernization of pumping equipment at sewage pumping station # 1,2,3,5, reconstruction of sections of water pipe d 600 mm. The Director of the Department of economic policy of the city Council Alexander Oslovit explained that the Draft decision has been prepared to implement the project of modernization of the system of water supply and sanitation in the city of Lutsk and participation in the project "Program of development of municipal infrastructure of Ukraine" and in accordance with articles 26, 60, 70, 59 law of Ukraine "About local government in Ukraine", according to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 27 January 2016 ¹70 "On the preparation, implementation, monitoring and completion of projects of economic and social development of Ukraine supported by international financial organizations". The decision will provide the opportunity to participate in the project "Program of development of municipal infrastructure of Ukraine", which is implemented by the government jointly with the European investment Bank, whereby it will be possible to implement the sub-project "Modernization of system of water supply and sanitation in the city of Lutsk", which envisages the modernization of the technological systems of water treatment, reconstruction of sewage treatment facilities in the city of Lutsk and replacement of worn-out technological transport and technology on a new, more effective.
