Rini Byus arrived in Chernivtsi, where he met with Chernivtsi mayor Alex Kaspruk, and visited Chernivtsi city organization of red cross Society of Ukraine. Alex Kaspruk thanked Renee Byus for the humanitarian aid which the Dutch Foundation “StichtingEemsmondhelptdePolen provided to families in Chernivtsi military who are in zone anti-terrorist operation in the East of the country. Last year Chernivtsi has received from this Fund for humanitarian assistance weighing over 10 tons worth nearly 100 thousand hryvnias. Medical means of rehabilitation and personal care products, food, toys, furniture and household chemicals were distributed among the families of mobilized (252 families) who serve in a zone of armed conflict, medical institutions and social protection institutions of the city. Congratulations and gratitude to the staff of the red cross presented Mrs. Annac, Mulder-Risga, which is headed by the Fund “StichtingEemsmondhelptdePolen”in the Netherlands, for the organization of cargo collection and care of victims of military aggression . In memory of Chernivtsi and Ukraine, Mrs. Renee Byus received the gift of an embroidered towel and a souvenir about the city.
