In the Zhytomyr region of the public Council under the state administration excluded representatives through systematic absence of
the regular meeting of the public Council under the regional state administration of Zhytomyr with the participation of Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Yaroslav Laguta. On the agenda of the public Council had questions about the changes in the composition of the Council, mechanisms participarea budgeting, discussion of the Labour code of Ukraine, reports of chairmen of commissions, etc. Chairman of the public Council Volodymyr Stelmakh noted that he had received a letter of resignation from the public Council from Irina Kotsuba, Alexander Gorlovskogo, as well as statements on the rotation of representatives of organizations: NGO "Center for civic initiatives "Nash Dom", the international youth NGO "PROJECT "HYDROGEN"", Public formation on protection of a public order and state border Protection and the rule of law". According to the regulations on public Council, membership in the Council is terminated in case of systematic absence of a member of the public Council at meetings without a valid reason (more than 2 times).
