Pupils and students received certificates of merit of heads of the regional state administration and regional Council, as well as a personal award of outstanding natives of Ternopil region in 15 categories. In 2015/2016 academic year, participation in the III (regional) stage of all-Ukrainian Olympiads in basic educational disciplines took 1181 disciple, of this total, 514 students were winners. In addition, 35 young residents of the region was included in the team of the Ternopil regional branch of MACS of Ukraine, which took part in the III (all-Ukrainian) stage of the competition-defense of scientific research works.
