In the production of Vinnitsa administrative court of appeal were proceedings on appeal of one of the enterprises in Vinnytsia region the resolution of the Vinnytsia regional administrative court, which denied the claim to the Department of state Executive service Tyvriv district Department of justice on the abolition of seizure and prohibition of alienation of property of the enterprise and obligations of the Department of state Executive service Tyvriv district Department of justice to make a ruling about the end of the enforcement proceedings.
