Vinnicchina: in the field of training for the preparation of regulations (photo)

With the participation of Chairman of the State regulatory service of Ukraine Ksenia Lyapina, the first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko, Deputy Director of the USAID Leadership in economic Radovan" (LION) Natalia Slinko 26 may 2016 held a seminar on regulatory policy and the use of modern tools of regulatory impact assessment. The main issue of the seminar was the introduction of a new tool in the implementation of regulatory impact analysis regulatory act – small business test (G-test). General changes that have occurred in the conduct of regulatory impact analysis, as well as about the major mistakes developers when conducting regulatory impact analysis (ARVs) and practical skills of application of innovative approaches for the implementation of ARV told the participants of the seminar Elena Krichevsky – head of Department of methodological support of implementation of the regulatory policies of the State regulatory service of Ukraine. Dmitry Liapin –Ph. D., honored economist of Ukraine, senior researcher at the National Institute for strategic studies, explained in detail the contents and use of the M-test as a part of ARV and showed the possibilities of M-test on real examples. Participation the seminar was attended by about 100 representatives of local Executive authorities and local governments, which are responsible for the elaboration of draft regulatory acts.
