Welcoming the representatives of the Forum, the Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Cow noted that Vinnytsia region has a highly positive development outcomes among other regions of Ukraine, and the city of Vinnytsia was recognized as a best place to stay. In fact, in the country, despite all the difficulties, thanks to the support of international financial institutions, managed to stabilize the macroeconomic situation. We are seeing a gradual restoration of investor confidence,but the problem is that, after macroeconomic stabilization must come to the second step associated with the revival of consumer sentiment, revival of business activity. Because devaluation is bad for consumers, for those who took foreign currency loans, but this is a very powerful incentive for exporters, this is a powerful incentive for investment. But by the beginning of 2016, the stagnation of the Ukrainian economy continued, the business was in a dense state", - said Valery Cow. According to one of the initiators of the Forum, people's Deputy of Ukraine, co-organizer of the Association “Ukrainian Business Initiative” Sergey Taruta, the authorities have begun to establish cooperation with business, and now has developed a joint action plan for creation of comfortable conditions for entrepreneurship in the state. "the Previous Government lived by himself, and the business needed to survive, absent an economic model and, unfortunately, we are all the time trying to save the situation not due to the development of our economy and constantly ask for money from the IMF and Western banks. Now we need trust. The new Government with the business have already met several times, because they need to rely on the real sector, there will go the right signals as to what to do. We agreed that it would be rebooting between business and Government, will be fully updated by the Council of entrepreneurs, where are the representatives of big business. Currently, there is a big hole in the budget, and the new Government will have to negotiate with the IMF. At the same time, are not involved in a own resources, because 60 to $ 80 billion – in the shade, not in circulation. This powerful resource, under certain conditions, it is possible to involve in the economy", - said S. Taruta.
