In Zhytomyr spoke of the practical aspects of registration of place of residence.
In Zhitomir on may 26 held a training seminar with representatives of Executive bodies of village, settlement and city councils, performing registration and de-registration of residence of a natural person. The event was attended by first Deputy Chairman of Zhytomyr regional state administration Gennadiy Dmytrenko, Deputy head of the regional Council Vladimir Shirma, Director of the Department of economic development, trade and international cooperation of the regional state administration Oleksiy Shatylo and the chief of the State migration service of Ukraine in Zhytomyr oblast Alexander Radko. — Gennady Dmitrenko urged the participants to actively work and said: "Since April the authority of local governments expanded. You have the function of registration, de-registration. we gathered to discuss all the problematic issues that arise in your work that you were not removed from the changes that occur. We will provide explanations and technique, but practice is up to you". The seminar raised such basic questions as: * the registration and de-registration of residence of individuals by registration authorities of village, town and city councils; * attraction to administrative responsibility of citizens of Ukraine for violation of stipulated by the legislation; * the order of transmission of bodies of information in the Unified state register of population; * access and use of the web portal dedicated to the implementation of the registration authorities transfer data of the Unified state demographic registry and so on. The workshop participants actively asked professionals the issues they face in their daily work. Reference: From 4 April 2016 the authority in the field of registration/withdrawal of registration of residence/stay individuals in Ukraine are delegated to local authorities (the Executive body of village, settlement or city Council, the head of the village (in case when in accordance with the law, the Executive body is not formed).
