Technical and vocational education of the region on the path of reform
In the current socio-economic conditions, Ukraine needs a coherent innovation system of continuous professional education that will meet national interests and global trends of development of the economy. The need and ways of reforming vocational education are fixed at the legislative level. Recently, the Minister of education and science of Ukraine Liliya Hrynevych outlined priority directions of reforming of this system. The Minister stressed the importance of cooperation at the regional level with local authorities and business, in particular on financing vocational education and training in accordance with the requirements and needs of the modern labour market. May 25 TS.g. held a meeting of the regional Council for the development of vocational education in the regional state administration. The participants discussed the work plan of the regional Council for the development of vocational education in 2016. It was conducted on the harmonization of regional order for training of skilled workers and Junior specialists in 2016. Especially actively discussed a question "About features of financing of institutions of vocational education and the formation of regional order for training of skilled workers and Junior specialists in 2017". Own vision of the ways of realization of the above issues on the agenda was expressed by Yuri Yurik – Deputy head of the RSA Lubomir Krupa - Vice-Chairman of the regional Council, Olga Khoma, head of the Department of education and science of the regional state administration, Igor Leskiv - Chairman of the standing Committee on education, science, youth policy, physical culture and sports of the regional Council, Deputy of the Ternopil city Chairman Leonid Bucura, Galina Volenik – Director of the Department of economic development and trade of the regional state administration, Andriy Juror – the Chairman of regional Council of trade unions, Peter, Himachal – Director of the regional employment center Larisa Nikolaenko, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance of the regional state administration, Vasyl kichak, Deputy Director of Department of agroindustrial development of regional state administration.
