In Volyn region will be judged a member of the criminal group which was engaged in illegal smuggling of aliens across the border
the Prosecutor's office of area sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings against a member of an organized criminal group of 8 people who engaged in trafficking persons across the state border of Ukraine (the criminal offense under part 3 St. 332 Criminal code of Ukraine). During July-December 2015 these criminal groups illegally transferred to the territory of Ukraine 6 citizens of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the organized trafficking 6 the citizens of this state to the Republic of Poland. Through the coordinated efforts of the SBU in the region and Lutsk border detachment organized group neutralized. Now proceedings against all members of the group are in court, which will decide the fate of the accused.
