The Forum was opened by Lutsk Deputy mayor Yury Mollica. He in his speech stressed that the Forum is a good premise to build a quality development strategy of the city. “Greetings to all, I am very pleased to see the familiar public activists of the city, who want to change something. I would like to active position, the public became dominant in the construction of our future strategy. Earlier it did not have unity of communication between society and government, which should implement initiatives. I, as Deputy mayor, he is ready to participate actively in the work and to attract employees of the city Council. I wish you all fruitful work”, - said Yuri Mollica. The participants had developed proposals that will contribute to the transformation of luck in modern urban space for successful people. Because our city requires a strategic vision of its future, to give the start for maximum development for the people of different categories. The purpose of the event is to gather all the concerned citizens who are willing to devote their energies to the development of the city, to develop ideas for urban projects, primarily quick wins quick wins that will become symbols of change. The Forum participants discussed the role of luck in the modern world, addressed the issues of infrastructure development, small and medium enterprises, quality of life, the possible cultural and educational projects. As a result, have built up a comprehensive vision for the future of the city in the coming years, awareness of resources, unresolved issues and work on projects that will be able to initiate systemic changes in the city. In the work of the Forum development of the city adopted by the heads of structural subdivisions and specialists of Lutsk city Council.
