On this said the first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko during the meeting of the regional working group to ensure openness and transparency in the formation of the unified territorial communities. With the aim of fulfilling the tasks defined by the Law of Ukraine "On voluntary Association of territorial communities" and in accordance with the decree of the Chairman of regional state administration dated January 28, 2016 No. 45 "on amending long-term plan for the formation of territorial communities of area" for three days in the region will be held the meeting of the regional working group. The meetings will be held interviews with officials from district state administrations and district councils regarding the approval of amendments to the draft long-term plan of formation of territories of communities of Vinnytsia region. So, on 31 may, held its first meeting, where he reported on the work done by the representatives of such districts: Vinnytsia, Nemyriv, Tyvriv zhmeryns'kyi, Ternopil, Kozaytyn'kyi, Khmel'nyts'kyi, Lipovetsky, oratovsky, Pohrebyshche, as well as the cities Zhmerynka, Kozyatyn and Khmilnyk. During interviews each ZVEI the representative of the district in detail, in the context of each territorial community, informed those present about the work done, achievements and problems. Together with representatives of the expert group tried to find out the causes of various problems in the field. In turn Andrey Guico said: "the Policy of state power is unchanged relative to the formation of unified territorial communities. The old one will not work. Currently there is a major financial resource from the state, which aims to support and develop a unified territorial communities. In particular, it has allocated 1 billion USD. the lion's share of which got Khmelnitsky and Ternopil region, which quite successfully made the Association of territorial communities. I want to stress again that every official in the district should be clearly understood that in case the society does not decide how best to combine these or other areas, then it will be carried out by regional government in accordance with the requirements which are stated in the method capable of forming local communities and approved by the Cabinet of Ministers".
