Joint action of the Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region and Mukachevo border detachment in the property of the state returned 33 hectares unlawful alienated land of defence worth more than 1 million UAH. For the umpteenth time by the courts of the region confirmed the legal position and the validity of the claim of the Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region about the ownership of the land along the border to lands of defense in the status of the border strip, and therefore illegal disposal authority control. In particular, prosecutors established facts provide Goszemagentstva in the Transcarpathian region land border strip along the boundary line in the area of arrangement and maintenance of engineering structures and protections of the state border in a private property, which is a gross violation of the requirements of article 84 of the Land code of Ukraine, article 3 of the Law of Ukraine " About use of lands of defense” and other legislative and subordinate normative acts. So, on may 31, 2016, the court of appeal of Transcarpathian region decided, which granted 18 claims in this category, submitted to the court in the interests of the state in the person of Administration of the State border service of Ukraine and Mukachevo border detachment on the abolition of the orders of the main Directorate goszemagentstva in the region. Area of land, which returned to the court decision, is 33 hectares, its cost - more than 1 million UAH. Thereby restored the violated right of the State border service of Ukraine on the use of the disputed land, aimed at protecting the state border.
