The economic court of Chernigiv region celebrated the 25th anniversary of the founding of the system of arbitration (commercial) courts of Ukraine
At the commercial court of Chernihiv region held celebrations on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the founding of the system of arbitration (commercial) courts. To congratulate the judges and court employees gathered leaders of the region and the regional center. During the celebrations indicated that on June 4, 1991, the Day of creation of the economic courts of Ukraine. Over the years of economic-judicial system has stood the test of time and proved that it can efficiently, promptly and objectively to protect the rights and interests of business entities. Speakers in congratulating noted that the development of independent Ukraine as a legal democratic state is through improving the administration of justice, bringing it closer to international and European standards. Therefore, of special importance are the highly professional actions of the judges on the economic level, however the issues of further improvement of economic justice is always important. The Chairman of Economic court Vasily Shestakov, with warm words of gratitude addressed to the veterans court, which transferred the experience gained over 25 years experience of judicial practice to the younger generation, stressed that the young judges have demonstrated experience and professional excellence. Greeted the employees of the court appealed Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko. He noted that the transformation of Ukraine into the legal state should guarantee effective legal proceedings, the creation independent judiciary, the protection of the constitutional values of the Ukrainian people. "Because of the wisdom and rationality of judicial decisions depend not only people's faith in justice, but in large measure political and economic stability in the country", - said the mayor. For conscientious labour and on occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Foundation of the system of arbitration courts the Honorary diploma of the Chernihiv city Council and the Executive Committee awarded Dovzhenok Ivan Vasilyevich,head of the economic Department of the commercial court of Chernihiv region, Chernihiv Gratitude to mayor declared Leftist Augustin Elena, chief specialist of organizational and personnel Department of the commercial court of Chernihiv region. Also, the best court employees were awarded with diplomas of the regional state administration, regional Council and of the judiciary.
