In the Rivne region will be judged by the state for the illegal receipt of benefits
the results of the preliminary investigation conducted by investigators of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region, together with the procedural heads, the court directed the indictment against the employee of one of regional departments of State Executive service, who committed a corruption crime. The suspect concluded with the Prosecutor an agreement on the recognition of culpability in the Commission of a criminal offense under part 1 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine (receiving improper benefits). It is established that the state Executive received in may 2016 in the office of citizen cash in the amount of 9 thousand UAH for the closure of enforcement proceedings. Misconduct of officials was exposed by prosecutors of Rivne region together with employees of Department of protection of the economy in Dnipropetrovsk region, Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine in the framework of control over the Commission of a crime. Now the employee on the basis of the decision of the investigating judge was suspended from his post. Reference: sanction of specified article of the criminal code of Ukraine prescribes punishment in the form of a fine from 1000 to 1500 tax-free minimum incomes, or arrest for a term of 3 to 6 months, or by deprivation of liberty for a term of 2 to 4 years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to 3 years.
