In conducting classes took part the head of the Main Department of the State service of emergencies of Ukraine in Rivne region, Lieutenant Colonel of service of TSZ Sergei Kruk, Deputy chief of GU gschs region and head of Educational-methodical center of civil protection and life safety of the Rivne region service Colonel Sergey TSZ Vovchuk. Having trained Sergei Kruk said that to date, special attention should be paid to the functioning of the specialized fire service Central locking and carry out preventive work to prevent fires in natural ecosystems, fires on peat lands, forests, landfills, open areas and farmland. Also, the actual productive cooperation emergency services with local governments to create a region of local fire brigades. The aim of the training is timely and systematic updating and deepening the special knowledge and skills in the provision and operation of specialized fire service civil protection of the region, measures to prevent the occurrence of emergency situations, response and liquidation of their consequences, and willingness to properly fulfill their official duties’ties in the field of civil protection. During the training process teachers of the Center revealed the concept of the modes of functioning of the unified state system of civil protection. Informed about emergencies and their classification, modification and possibilities of modern means of individual protection from hazardous chemicals, the organization and planning of the fire service CH. Additionally, the participants of the educational process was given to the alignment of planning documentation services in accordance with the requirements of the Code CL and new legislation. The chief nmts CL and BC Rivne region, Lieutenant Colonel of service of TSZ Sergei Vovchuk, under the personal supervision which is functional training, informed that the Center's specialists are always ready to provide teaching materials for the registration of documentation in organization and planning of the civil protection service in the area. As a result, students answered test questions again checking the level of knowledge and skills that they had received the training.
