Unknown persons requested businessmen of area funds for ostensibly charitable purposes – payment for accommodation of children of immigrants, assistance to children, the participants of the ATO, being represented by the assistant Chairperson. "I did not authorize anyone to communicate on my behalf to collect any help in those or other purposes. I urge all to immediately report to law enforcement agencies about such treatment. I hope for quick response law enforcement, because we are aware of the account and contact data of those persons", – said Sergey Mashkovsky. Unknown person has appealed to the owners regarding the transfer of funds for internally displaced children from Luhansk region in the amount of 27 thousand hryvnias, posing as assistants Mashkovsky Sergei Alexandrovich. Also nonexistent charity Fund "the Country unified" a letter was sent out to collect charity aid to the Bank account allegedly from the management area. The Fund Manager had Pashkina L. M.
