Took place open championship of the city of Lutsk in weightlifting among young people
In the sports complex of the regional organization of the FSO “Dynamo” was held the city championship in weightlifting among young people up to 23 years. In his opening was attended by city mayor Mykola Romaniuk, Deputy Yuri Mollica, head of the Directorate of youth and sport of the regional state administration Igor Dmytryshyn, the head of Department on physical culture and sports of the city Council Yuriy Volynets, member of the city Council, the master of sports of powerlifting and weightlifting Andrey Avramenko, the President of the weightlifting Federation of Volyn Rostislav Kuchta. The competition was held for the purpose of development and popularization of weightlifting in the city, improve the level of sports skill of athletes,selection of candidates for the national team of the city for participation in responsible competitions, promotion of healthy lifestyles. General guidelines for the organization and carrying out competitions was carried out by Department on physical culture and sports of the city Council. To participate in the competition allowed young men and women 1992 called and younger not below the II sports category, in accordance with the requests of sports organizations. Participants compete in weight categories: women: 48; 53; 58; 63; 69; 75; +75; men: 56; 62; 69; 77; 85; 94; 105; +105. Mykola Romaniuk sincerely congratulated the participants and wished them to these competitions are for young athletes with early victories in national and international Championships, good luck and new achievements and to win the strongest.
