Perechyn district court fully satisfied the claim of Uzhgorod local Prosecutor's office, for recognition of a disabled child belonging to her inherited property. The Prosecutor's office found that after his father's death, rights to a house by law had to go to an orphan. However, neither the guardian nor the service for children is not addressed in court with the claim about recognition of property rights on inherited property for the girl-an orphan, who is also born with a disability. Therefore, the Prosecutor's office before’demonstrating the specified action in order that proper documentation for the legacy girls defended the property interests and legal ownership of the child-orphans.
