The Prosecutor's office demands in a judicial order of return to the state of 375 hectares of land worth over UAH 4 million
Bodies of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region economic court of Rivne region filed two complaints to two societies with limited liability on termination of land lease agreements and return of property. In particular, the prosecution clarified that, contrary to the terms of contracts, OOO Rivne for six months did not pay rent for use of unclaimed land shares (shares) total area ha 375,68 that led to the shortfall in the budget. In this regard, to protect the interests of the state in the face of Bereznivskomu district state administration, the Prosecutor's office has taken steps representative character on the termination of the above contracts and to return to the state of land, normative monetary evaluation of which is more than 4 million USD. The currently ongoing trials, participation in which is provided by the employees of the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region.
