During 6-7 June, with the aim of sharing experience and deepening cooperation, Vinnytsia oblast delegation headed by the Director of the Department of international cooperation and regional development of the regional state administration Volodymyr Merezhko and composed of the heads of departments of social and youth policy Natalia Zabolotnaya, ecology and natural resources Mykola Tkachuk and health – Ludmila grabovich, is on an official visit in Sevinecegim province of the Republic of Poland. On the first day of the inhabitants of the city met with the Marshal of Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship Adam Arbacom, Vice-Marshal Ian Mackov Yak and Vice-President of the Regional province Tadeusz Kowalczyk. Also the meeting was attended by colleagues Podolyan in various sectors. Each of them presented their activities and shared with the Ukrainian guests plans for the near future. In addition, during the conversation the parties discussed promising areas of cooperation, deepening existing relations, and having considered a number of organizational issues. In particular, regarding the upcoming visit of a delegation of heads of RSA of Vinnytsia region partner region with the aim of obtaining practical knowledge of the decentralization reform, the visit of the representatives of Vinnitsa region in emergency situations, as well as the state standard for establishing partnership contacts. Finally, the Director of the Department of international cooperation and regional development regional state administration Volodymyr Merezhko on behalf of the Chairman of regional state administration Valery Cows invited the delegation of the Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship headed by Marshal Adam Arbacom in Athens on the celebration of the 25 th anniversary of Independence of Ukraine. At the end of the meeting the citizens, divided into two groups of fields, got acquainted with the work of a number of industrial sites operating within the province. So, a group of social policies and of health called for the establishment of custody and education "Kamik", housing for the elderly, people with disabilities and individuals with the disease of Altsgejmera, the House of social assistance, designed for people with chronic physical illnesses and people who need help due to age or disability, as well as one of the most modern in Poland Sivinski center of Oncology and the United volodzko the hospital for children and adults. The other group on issues of environmental protection and regional development, the programme got acquainted with the activities and services Beleckogo water utility and technological processes of sewage treatment at a sewage treatment plant in the municipality Sduvi-Nown, and also visited the European centre for geological education in Henna that functions as a scientific organization at Warsaw University. According to the results of the meetings, the sides agreed to expand their partnerships, deepen cooperation at the level of individual institutions and discussed the possibility of participation in grant programmes and the writing of a joint Ukrainian-Polish projects.
