June 5 at about 17:30 in the village. Mills Mlyniv district employee of the State service for emergency situations Valery Timchuk saved on a lake drowning woman. That day the driver of the 6th state fire and rescue part of the DSNs in Rivne region, Lieutenant civil protection Valery Popov, being out of service, were working in their land near the lake. Nearby on the shore rested a company of two men and women. After some time, the lifeguard heard the desperate cries for help. Ensign Tymchuk rushed to the scene. One of the guests said that in the lake off the pier suddenly collapsed, and instantly the woman disappeared under the water. Without hesitation, the employee gschs jumped into the lake. At a distance of 2 meters from the shore Valery Tymchuk found the victim, and clasping her by the arms, pulled out of the water. The woman was unconscious. The lifeguard called the scene ‘skidka” and began to put the citizen first aid. After a few minutes of active resuscitation saved began to show signs of life. To quickly transfer the woman into the hands of doctors, ensign Tymchuk moved it to your walk-behind tractor with a trailer and drove to the meeting «ambulance». After half a mile saved was already in the car medics, who took her to the intensive care unit of Mlyniv district hospital.
