In the Rivne region have discussed the features of employment of citizens who are in need of additional safeguards

Specialists Dubno city employment center on June 3, he organized and held a seminar with employers who cooperate with the employment service for a long period of time on the theme:"Features of employment of citizens who are in need of additional safeguards." In addition, to participate in the seminar were invited the representatives of the departments of labor and social protection of population of Dubensky district state administration and city Council. The Director of the center of employment Vyacheslav Savchuk noted that employment is one of the most pressing problems of the population not only our region, but throughout Ukraine. This is especially difficult for those who need social protection. The government provides additional guarantees concerning employment of able-bodied citizens of working age who require social protection and not capable on equal to compete in the labour market. Head of Department of interaction with employers MRCS Svetlana Miskevich drew attention to the fact that the employment service aims to help employers in recruiting qualified workers and to help communities in search of work. She said: "it Often happens that, supposedly and offers a lot of work, but is unable to find a job – or professional level is not enough, experience is not enough, or the personal qualities of the applicant are not sufficiently satisfied with the employer. And above all, it felt socially unprotected categories of citizens, the competitiveness of which in the labour market is much lower than other job seekers. Of course, when hiring such individuals, the employer bears certain inconveniences and should make a great effort to get the expected result. And in this case, the Law of Ukraine "On employment" provides for the stimulation of employers to create new jobs and employment for their citizens, not competitive in the labour market, in particular youth, women, persons over the age of 50 years and other vulnerable categories of citizens. The law holds that the stimulation by the payment of compensation to the employer in the amount of a single fee". With the beginning of the year, with the assistance of Dubno MRCS employed 246 people, which require additional safeguards, including 15 people with disabilities. Seven of the unemployed were employed, with compensation of expenses on payment of unified social contribution to the employer.
