By results of consideration of the appeal complaint of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region court of Appeal of Rivne region made a decision about cancellation of the decision of the court of first instance and satisfaction of claims of the Prosecutor for the recovery of illegal possession in favor of Radivilovsky regional Council of real estate a total area of 102 sq m. In particular, we are talking about the real estate object – nonresidential premises in the city centre, which dropped out of the communal property of territorial bulks of area on the basis of a judicial decision, which is now cancelled. So, thanks to the active position of the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region protected interests of citizens in the sphere of communal property.
