Tacso local Prosecutor's office sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 140 of the criminal code of Ukraine (improper performance by a medical worker of the professional duties’ties due to careless attitude to them, if this caused grave consequences for the patient) in relation to the doctor-surgeon of the surgical Department of Tyachiv district hospital. As informs the head of the local Prosecutor's office Tyachiv Stepan Zhovnir established that the victim in the course of the fight the man was taken to the district hospital. The surgeon examined the injured and sent home, without taking steps to render the last proper medical care. Already houses the man from the received traumas has died. As s’it turned out the victim had multiple rib fractures with damage to lung. The final decision in the criminal proceedings will be court.
