In the Rivne region rescuers took part in the conduct of the competition activities of Advisory centres on the actions of the population in emergency situations in the city
June 8, workers Kuznetsovskaya urban sector of GU gschs of Ukraine in Rivne region participated in the conduct of the contest Advisory centers on the actions of the population in emergency situations, which are created in all local authorities areas Kuznetsovsk city municipal enterprise. The aim of the competition is a review of the activities of Advisory centers, the study of the state training actions in emergency situations of population by place of residence, improvement in the provision of advice on matters of civil protection and actions in case of possible emergency situations, distribution of information pam’sites, leaflets, manuals, view and listen to special audio and video materials for public actions in emergency situations, improving the educational material-technical base points, providing conditions for self-study of a population of rules of conduct and actions in emergency situations, as well as promotion of heads of housing maintenance areas, which reached the best results in education and information work and propaganda among the population knowledge on emergency response. The competition was attended by four Advisory offices. The evaluation determined the degree of readiness of counseling centers in educational outreach and advocacy knowledge on issues of civil protection and life safety among the population. The contestants on the amount of points distributed the prizes as follows: third place – ZHEU ¹ 4, second place, with the same number of points occupied – ZHEU ¹ 1, 2, and the winner of this contest was – ZHEU ¹ 3. Summing up, the Commission concluded that in all the consultation points, the city created the conditions for self-study population of the benefits of pam’minutes, recommendations, and other educational and informational materials. Everyone has the opportunity to obtain preventive leaflets, and view the booths and posters with information on action in case of emergencies.
