Vinnytsya region has exposed a corrupt official
the Prosecutor's office together with employees of the Main Directorate of the National police in the Vinnitsa region and Management to protect the economy in the Vinnytsia oblast Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine 09.06.2016 exposed the chief of one of regional public administrations of the region, which demanded and received illegal benefit in the amount of 3140 hryvnias from the inhabitant of regional center for the solution of the question of the dismissal of one of his subordinates. Specified lawbreaker is detained in order St. 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine. Now conducted initial urgent investigative actions. The issue of the announcement of suspicion in Commission of crime under part 3 of article 368 UK of Ukraine and election of a measure of restraint in form of detention. Note. According to part 3 of article 368 UK of Ukraine (receiving by the official of illegal benefit), there is a liability in the form of imprisonment for the term from five till ten years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years, with confiscation of property and with special confiscation.
