During April-may 2016 the year the NGO "Philosophy of Heart" with the assistance of the Department of social and youth policy of the Vinnytsia regional state administration carried out the project aimed at raising the financial IQ of our youth. "The training consisted of five days of training for four hours daily in the schools: S. Slobidka (Kalinowski district, Vinnitsa city and school No. 21. Non-formal education interesting to children of non-standard approaches. Instead of jobs they receive bonds, instead of grades – "talents" - the equivalent of grades in school. For the accomplishment of training, the team developed business plans," - said the participants of the final press conference head of the project Alexander Kozhukhovsky. Maxim Stodilka, Deputy head of Department for youth policy and improvement of the Department of social and youth policy of the Vinnytsia regional state administration said: "This project is an example of constructive cooperation of power and civil society. We plan in the future to implement activities in non-formal education aimed at increasing the financial knowledge of young people thanks to financial literacy and economic thinking of citizens – one of the prerequisites of becoming a prosperous country. At the same time, we are ready to provide maximum assistance to public organizations in attracting funding from non-state funds. Therefore, it is important not to be afraid to participate in grant programs. So with this resource it is possible to implement a lot of projects." Nicodemus Love, the chief of Department on Affairs of family and youth, on issues of physical culture and sports Tivrovsky district administration has estimated the project public organisations: "it is very difficult times. And with the financial difficulties faced by almost every Ukrainian family. So when we found out about this project, we clearly wanted to join in its implementation. Because young people in districts and villages has so many opportunities for non-formal education, as has the urban youth. The knowledge given during the training is very important! Children understand the value of money with respect and start treating finances parents and have an understanding of running your own business". In total, the project involved 72 students from three schools in Vinnytsia region in the 24 children from each school. The project participants were school No. 21 city of Vinnitsa, school Slobidka S. Kalinowski district, and Alternative secondary school of I – III stages ¹1 im. A. S. Makarenko development abilities of the child g. Gnivan. As a result of training the children acquired the skills of how to conduct a joint household budget and divide it by consent during a family meeting. Students not only increased their own financial knowledge, but have learned to successfully communicate, build teams, and perform case tasks together. Children learn to develop business plans and present them. The resulting experience will help children to start their own business in the future. All training sessions reigned a warm and friendly atmosphere and respect to each other according to the principle "equal to equal". This allowed the children to be open to communication, which contributed to better assimilation of new knowledge and skills.
