After running at full capacity in 2020, the new plant will provide jobs for 1.5 thousand residents of Vinnytsia. This will be the biggest enterprise in Ukraine producing refrigeration of products which will be sold not only in our state but also in Europe. "Now we begin construction, within two months we will build the foundations. The object itself will be built in Sweden and is going to like LEGO in Ukraine. But to build a room that is the easy part of the project, the most difficult is to train staff. 99 % here will be residents of the city. In the winery there are 5 universities I think we'll get them in the preparation of us engineering staff. They will be ready to cooperate with us, and we will place task orders, prepare special programmes for training of specialists. Now we cooperate with many institutions" , - said Igor Gumenny. The President of the company admitted that when choosing a place for this plant, the first plan was the lions. "We agree with the Lviv city mayor that we are building the plant. But decided to call the winery. We invited Mr Morgunov and Mr Cows, I just thought to come and explore. But that day we together traveled all over the winery, walked through the fields, I was all the time, and for a few days we made an offer we couldn't refuse. We have 25 offices in different countries of the world, and we see that in Vinnytsia, the level of management and the investors is no different from what we see in the United States, Latvia, England and other developed countries", - said the President "UBC Group Igor gumenny. But it happened: domestic company UBC Group came in our city. It's jobs for residents, taxes to the local budget, is the development of the industrial complex of the city and the region. We hope that this plant will be the "anchor" company for the further development of the Vinnytsia industrial Park. When doing business together – it is always possible to reach a result", said Vinnytsia mayor Sergiy Morgunov. The plant will be built in three phases. The completion of the first phase and the commissioning is planned for next year. Within the starting the queue will reach its production capacity of 6000 units of refrigeration equipment. At that time, the plant will employ about 500 workers. In the second stage (2017-2018) production capacity should increase to release 9000 refrigerated display cases in a month. The number of staff will increase to 750 persons. The third stage will end in 2020. By this time it is planned to expand the production area to 20360 m2, to produce freezer chests in the amount of 6000 units per month and increase production of refrigerated display cases up to 15,000 units monthly. At the last stage it is expected that new jobs will be provided only 1,500 people.
