In the Rivne region rescuers took part in the competition for the endurance
12 June in the regional center on the Hill of Fame, has been a race with obstacles called “The Race" among the teams of law enforcement agencies and local private organizations. Participants overcame a distance of 5 km over rough terrain and 18 different obstacles. In particular, athletes have had to overcome obstacles with barbed wire, jump through flames’I, the goods to be carried for a certain distance and more. The sporting event ended with the ceremony of awarding the winners with trophies and certificates. Rescuers among 9 teams finished fourth, but set goals for further training, to achieve better results in future competitions. According to the chief of head Department gschs of Ukraine in the Rivne region the Colonel of service of civil protection Sergey Kruk: “the participation in the competition was the complex decision of problems of active recreation and improving health’I of our rescue, providing opportunities for participants to improve physical and psychological state".
