As it became known, the Ternopil regional Rada declared competition on replacement of vacant posts of heads of institutions of culture are objects of joint ownership of territorial communities of villages, towns and cities of the Ternopil region. In this regard, according to the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the implementation of contractual forms of work in the field of culture and competitive procedure for the appointment of heads of state and communal cultural institutions, and public organizations in the sphere of culture of the relevant functional areas must submit to the competition Commission for three candidates of the management body. "We ask the public organization until 17 June to submit nominations of their representatives and within which the competition Commission they want to work.
