Funds for repairs are allocated from the state budget and local budgets: 90% at the expense of state regional development Fund, 10% – co-financing from the regional budget. In the current year on completion of the works provided 3.5 million USD. — "My goal for this year is a new football field and running tracks. It's real. We plan a maximum in early July and to be commissioned in the West stand and the arena", – said Sergey Mashkovsky. — The Chairman yeah noted that a Jogging track and football field should be made before the end of this year. We also consider the question of how will be reconstructed or demolished another part of the rostrum. It is planned to complete works on restoration and strengthening of reinforced concrete structures of the rostrum, the work in the premises (to arrange the ventilation system, to carry out fire prevention measures), repair outdoor toilets. The West stand is designed for 4.8 thousand seats. The project of reconstruction of the football field and landscaping of the Central stadium is worth almost 8.5 million. It will also be implemented by the state regional development Fund and the regional budget. In the reconstruction on a football field is planned to arrange new turf with irrigation system and drainage, to replace the cover treadmills, restore external engineering networks. The improvement provides for construction of Parking lots, landscaping, construction of walkways. Comprehensive reconstruction (fields and landscaping of the stadium) will primarily provide an opportunity for the professional study of municipal football club, as well as create conditions for education of future players among the talented Zhytomyr youth.
