The delegation from Zhytomyr visited Romania
within the framework of the project "Modernization of system of social support of population of Ukraine", which is performed by the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine with the assistance of the world Bank, from June 5 to June 12 hosted a study visit of representatives of bodies of labour and social protection of population of Ukraine to Romania. The purpose of the visit was to study issues relating to a comprehensive strategy and policy violations in the system of social assistance and further application of the acquired knowledge when building an effective social inspection in Ukraine. The delegation from Ukraine included representatives of bodies of labour and social protection of the population in Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Rivne, Luhansk and Kharkiv regions. The Zhytomyr region was represented by the Director of the Department of labour and social protection of population of regional state administration Galina Root and head of the Department of labour and social protection of the population of Korosten district state administration Liliya Sytnik. During the visit the participants learned and exchanged experiences on the following issues: * the structural organization of the social Inspectorate; * legal regulation of the activities of the social Inspectorate; * powers of social inspectors, investigation, sanction, repayment of indebtedness; * instrumentation inspections, in particular, automated cross-checks; * conduct social investigations, the methodology checks the effectiveness of social inspectors; * reporting, analysis of violations, performance of social inspectors; * professional training and consultancy to social inspectors; This was reported in the Zhytomyr regional state administrationÏåðåâåäåíî ñåðâèñîì "ßíäåêñ.Ïåðåâîä÷èê": translate.yandex.ru.
